MECHANICAL WORKS:
Our Mechanical Section are specialized in the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an extensive scope of mechanical services, in a wide range of industrial, commercial and residential projects.
The Section is prequalified as a mechanical contractor; this permits the Division to execute work for any mechanical services, construction project, and provides an objective assessment for the following but not limited to the mechanical services:
HVAC – Ventilating and Air Conditioning System
Air conditioning ancillaries including piping, ducting, insulation, pumping systems, air outlets and control systems. Our HVAC section is highly equipped to handle all aspects coming under the air conditioning and ventilation industry.

- Chilled water system etc.
Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting System:
Our Plumbing Section handles all aspects of Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting works. The services consists of complete Supply & Installation of PVC UPVC, PPR, HDPE, Steel, GI and Copper Pipe works, Domestic and Industrial Cold, Hot and Hot Water Return Systems; Entire Fire Fighting System according to NFPA and British Standard System and as per the local Civil Defence System. Supply and Installation of Pumps, Filtration Systems, STP’s, Compressed Air Vacuum Systems, Medical Gas System and Sectional Water Tanks. Plumbing, Drainage & Fire fighting works are co-ordinate with the other services and managed as a single project to our Clients.

- Low and medium voltage power distribution and control systems, including MSB, SMDBs, DBs, motor control centres, control panels, cabling, raceways and power outlets. Our Cabling Section handles all aspects of cabling works and operates closely with the electrical section.
